25-year-old N.S. lady charged with stunting, faces $2.4K effective: Police – Halifax


A 25-year-old lady from Enfield, N.S. is going through a fee of stunting after a car used to be stuck travelling at a prime velocity in Dartmouth on Tuesday.

Halifax Regional Police say that the they clocked a car travelling at 136 km/h in a 80 km/h zone on Freeway 111 at 1:37 p.m.

Police say the lady has been ticketed with stunting, a fee this is routinely laid when a car is travelling greater than 50 km/h over the rate restrict.

The lady has had her drivers licence suspended for one week and her car used to be seized.

If convicted of stunting, six issues are assigned to an individual’s using report and they’re assessed a $2,422.50 effective.
